Now that we have set the criteria for the search and have specified what to display we can move on to actually running the query on the data.

This takes place on the View tab.

To actually run the search, click on the Show Data button. This will apply the selected criteria and display a list of the selected display fields.

You will see that a total of the displayed records will appear in the bottom left of the screen.

The Show Unique Records option will remove any duplicates from the list. This filter searches for records that match ALL of the displayed information exactly and removes the duplicates from the results.
