Creating a report in the Report Generator is a multi stage process.

Firstly you need to set up your search criteria, what you want to search for. Once you have decided what you want to limit the search to, you then need to decide what information you wish to display.

Next you would compile the search, to display the information on the screen, then you would go on to choose how to output the information from the PC. This can be a simple printed list, a file to export to or a full mail merge mailshot.
