Removing a Patient's Recall
If you wish to stop recalling a patient, for example if the patient moves away, you can delete the patient’s current recall without effecting any past information.
Ensure that you have the correct recall type selected on the patient’s recall tab. This will display the start date for the recall and the category associated to the recall. Click once on the button. The system will prompt you with a confirmation message.
Click on the button to remove the selected recall from the patient.
