Removing a Patient's Recall

If you wish to stop recalling a patient, for example if the patient moves away, you can delete the patient’s current recall.

  • Ensure that you have the correct recall type selected on the patient’s recall tab. This will display the start date and the category associated for that recall type.
  • Click once on the DeleteRecallButton.jpg button.
  • The system will prompt you with a confirmation message.

  • Click on the yesbutton.jpg button to remove the selected recall from the patient.
