Overview
Report Generator is an integrated reporting tool for extracting patient information from Optisoft’s database.
It can be used to extract information on patients, their prescriptions, their recall and their appointments. The report generator does not link to the Cash, Spectacles Dispensing, Contact Lens Dispensing, Stock or Ordering modules.
The report generator uses simple logical criteria, such as equals, greater than and less than, to search the database.
The Report Generator can output to either a simple list or directly in an existing letter template, creating a mailshot.
