The Patients tab displays a list of all of the patients that are on the recall run, the category they are on and whether the letter is currently set to be printed or suppressed.

There are two buttons on the Patients tab.

The Suppress All button is a toggle button that sets the status of all of the recalls on the run to Suppressed. The alternate state for this button is Unsuppress All, which sets all of the recalls to To Be Printed. See Suppressing Recall Letters for more information on the suppression of recall letters.

The Detailed button is a toggle button that displays more detailed information about each entry in the recall run, including the band and letter template information. The alternate state for this button is Summary.
