Recall - Patients Tab
The Patients tab is only available when a recall run, new or historical, has been built.
The Patients tab displays a list of all of the patients that are on the recall run, the category they are on and whether the letter is currently set to be printed or suppressed.
There are three buttons on the Patients tab.
The Print Calling List button will give you a report of all the patients in the list, with there contact details, so you can ring them and book them an appointment before processing their recall. It is a great way of reducing your recall costs.
The Suppress All button is a toggle button that sets the status of all of the recalls on the run to Suppressed. The alternate state for this button is Unsuppress All, which sets all of the recalls to To Be Printed.
The Detailed button is a toggle button that displays more detailed information about each entry in the recall run, including the band and letter template information. The alternate state for this button is Summary.
