Using Order Tracking

The Order Tracking section of the Spectacles Dispensing module allows you to follow the progress of a dispense from the initial creation through to the point of collection by the patient.

You can specify for each order at what point in the process it is at, assign the order to a tray and print out a customisable order form.

As soon as a dispense has been saved it will appear within the Order Tracking section.

You can change the status of an order by right-clicking on it and selecting the new status from the menu that appears. You will only be able to assign the next order status in the list.
