Using Email-SMS - Sending an Email

First of all you will need a patient with the correct requirements. Please see Patient Requirements.
To send an Email you will need to do the following:
- Find a patient that meets the necessary requirements.
- Click on Send Email in the tool bar.
- Notice how the patient email address is automatically copied into the 'To' field for you.
- All standard functions are now available as below.
- CC - Carbon Copy allows you to send this email to another patient by manually typing the email address, or searching for patient record by clicking the 'CC' button.
- BCC - Blind Carbon Copy allows you to send this email to another patient by manually typing the email address, or searching for patient record by clicking the 'BCC' button. The recipients listed in the 'BCC' will be hidden from any other recipient copied in on this email.
- Attachments - Allows the attachment of any document needed to be sent with this email.
- Subject - The Subject line of the email.
- Body of Email - The main message of the email can be written in this text box.
- When finished click Send.
- A confirmation message will now appear.
