Spectacle Dispensing - Lenses Tab
Lenses
Both Eyes
The Both Eyes tab shows the lens selections for both the Right and Left eyes. If in the Lenses Type tab you have selected to dispense for separate eyes, this tab will split into 2 tabs called Right Eye and Left Eye. The Functionality of both tabs is not affected.
Lens
The Lens tab will display a list of Optically Recommended Lenses. Theses lenses have been validated against the Patients Rx and Frame Details that you selected earlier in the dispense.
Tint
The Tint tab will display a list of tints that are assigned to the Lens you have selected in the Lens tab.
Coat
The Coat tab will display a list of coats that are assigned to the Lens and Tint you have selected in the Lens and Tint tab.
Extra
The Extra Combo Box allows you to select a Lens Extra onto this dispense.
Parameters
Depending on what lens you have selected in the Lens tab, there may be custom parameters that you are required to enter. If this is the case a Parameters tab will appear next to the Both Eyes tab. With the Parameters tab will be a list of fields where you can record the custom values required for the relevant lens.
Please note, some of these parameters are mandatory and the Spectacle Dispensing Module will not let you continue until you have entered the required information.
Lens Notes
The Lens Notes button in the toolbar, will display any notes that have been added to the lens you have selected in the Lens tab from maintenance.
