Miscellaneous Item Markup Schemes

Once you have created the miscellaneous items markup scheme you can apply it so that the retail prices that will appear on the miscellaneous items within Optisoft Enterprise will be updated.

• Click on the in the top left of the screen
• Select Maintain > Spectacles > Markup Schemes to open the Markup Schemes list.
• Select the Markup Scheme you wish to apply by click on it once.

• Click on the button at the top of the screen, this will bring up a dialogue box with all of the miscellaneous items that match the criteria specified in the chosen Markup Scheme.

• You can now either manually select the frames you wish to re-price by ticking the check box next to the miscellaneous items' description, or you can click on the button if the scheme is to be applied across the board.
• Once you have selected the frames that you wish to update you then need to click on the button at the bottom of the dialogue box. This will update the retail prices on all of the selected items.
