Setting a Patient's Recall

Once on the recall tab ensure that the radio button corresponding to the type of recall you wish to send is selected, by default the selection is in Spectacles.

Enter the Start Date, this is typically the patient’s most recent examination date. You can quickly enter today’s date by clicking Select the category you wish to assign to the patient from the dropdown list. Click to save the details and update the patient record. Once you have saved the recall details you will see that the Next Letter information has been updated to reflect the change.
