Setting Up Recall Enclosures


The recall enclosures are organised in groups. This enables you to keep your enclosures organised and also enabling you to turn on or off a number of enclosures quickly and easily.



Creating Enclosure Groups


Before you can start using enclosures you need to create group to assign the enclosure to.




Click on the in the top left of the screen Go to Maintain>Recall>Enclosure Groups Enter the name for the new Enclosure Group To make the group active immediately click the Active checkbox. Click the button to save the new group



Creating Enclosures


To set up the enclosure you need to specify the criteria and the actual text that will appear at the bottom of the recall letter.


Click on the in the top left of the screen Go to Maintain>Recall>Enclosures




Enter the name for the enclosure in the Enclosure Rule test box Enter a Short Code for the enclosure, this should be no more than 3 or 4 letters Enter the wording of the enclosure in the Enclosure text box. Keep in mind this will be added to the bottom of the recall letter so should be kept brief. Select the Enclosure Group to assign the new enclosure to by using the dropdown box. To activate the new enclosure tick the Active checkbox. This setting will be over-ridden by the activation status of the enclosure group that the enclosure is assigned to. Click on the Criteria tab to set up the criteria for the enclosure, for example target age range.




Click the button to complete the new enclosure
