Recall - Activating Enclosures

Activating Enclosures

The Active Enclosures tab within Recall displays a list of Enclosures and their status. It also provides a quick way to activate or de-activate enclosure groups. You cannot activate/deactivate single enclosures from this screen.

Select the Active Enclosures tab

Select the Enclosure Group from the list of available groups

Toggle Active checkbox to turn on or off the Enclosure group.

To activate/deactivate individual enclosures you will need to enter the maintenance screens.

Click on the Optisoft Orb in the top left of the screen

Go to Maintain>Recall>Enclosures

Use the search box or the built-in search list to locate the required enclosure

To activate/deactivate the enclosure toggle the Active checkbox. This status will, however, be over-ridden by the status of the group that the enclosure is assigned to.
