Spectacle Dispensing - Adding Lens Finishes

- Click on the
in the top left of the screen. - Go to Maintain > Spectacles > Lens Finishes.
Tints
- Type a name for you Tint in the Description text box.
- Type a Supplier Code.
- Type any Marketing Information you wish the see whilst doing a dispense, in the relevant text box
- Click the Plus icon to add the Tint to the grid.
- Price the Tint by clicking in the relevant box within the grid and typing the price. Prices are for individual lenses not pair prices.
Coats
- Type a name for you Coat in the Description text box.
- Type a Supplier Code.
- Type any Marketing Information you wish the see whilst doing a dispense, in the relevant text box
- Click the Plus icon to add the Coat to the grid.
- Price the Coat by clicking in the relevant box within the grid and typing the price. Prices are for individual lenses not pair prices.
Combinations
- Select the relevant Manufacturer.
- Per lens, and per lens blank size if necessary, tick all the relevant Coat and Tint combinations.
- It is possible to right click on each row/column headers and choose Select All to select all the tick boxes in that row/column.
- It is also possible to right click the Tint/Coat header in the top left of the grid to Select All the tick boxes in the grid.
- Click the
icon when finished. - Repeat for all other lenses as necessary.
