A Sample Recall Run


The following is a walkthrough of a simple example Recall Run. We will choose to print 25 recall letters of any type.

  • Open the Recall Module by clicking on the icon on the left hand side.
  • Click on the Recall tab.
  • Enter the number 25 into the Letters to Print box
  • Click on the Build Patient List button to create the list of patients to send letters to.
  • Make sure that the printer on the right hand side is set to the correct printer and that there is sufficient paper in it’s tray.
  • Click on the Print Letters button to begin the merge and print procedure.
  • The blue progress bar will fill and Word will start to merge the letters, and then automatically print them out.
