Setting a Patient's Recall

Once on the recall tab ensure that the radio button corresponding to the type of recall you wish to send is selected, by default the selection is in Spectacles.




  • Enter the Start Date, this is typically the patient’s most recent examination date. You can quickly enter today’s date by clicking
  • Select the category you wish to assign to the patient from the dropdown list.
  • Click to save the details and update the patient record.
  • Once you have saved the recall details you will see that the Next Letter information has been updated to reflect the change.
