Manufacturer
The Manufacturer Combo Box allows you to select the required Manufacturer from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Manufacturer at this point.
Frame
The Frame Combo Box allows you to select the required Frame from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Frame at this point.
Size,Bridge and Length
The Size,Bridge and Length Combo Box allows you to select the required Size,Bridge and Length from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Size,Bridge and Length at this point. If you do, type in 3 number, one for each parameter, separated by a space only.
Colour
The Colour Combo Box allows you to select the required Colour from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Colour at this point.
Colour Code
The Colour Code Combo Box allows you to select the required Colour Code from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Colour Code at this point.
Frame Type
The Frame Type Combo Box allows you to select the required Frame Type from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Frame Type at this point.
Frame Status
The Frame Status Combo Box requires you to select the required Frame Status for the dispense that you are creating. Choose from Uncut, Glazed - Sending Frame, Remote Edged or Glazed - Supply Frame depending on the orders circumstances.
Price
The Price Text Box will display the Retail Price for the frame that you have selected from you stock list. Alternatively you can manually type in the Retail Price at this point but only if you have manually entered a frame.
Standard Shape
For ordering purposes you may need to add a shape to you dispense. The Standard Shape button in the toolbar allows you to do this.
Frame Measurements
Once a Standard Shape has been selected, you can then proceed to enter the specific Frame Measurements. Measurements include Box A, Box B, DBL and ED.
Trace Frame
If you have a Frame Tracer, it is possible to attach a Trace of the selected Frame to this dispense. Click on the Trace Frame icon in the toolbar to launch the Frame Tracer software. This will eliminated the need for a Standard Shape and the manually entry of the Frame Measurements on this dispense.
