The Email/SMS module can be configured to send emails, SMS messages or both to you patients.
Setting up Email
To set up the email side of the module you will need to know the details of the email server for your ISP.
You will need to know the following details:
Outgoing mail server – typically something like smtp.ispname.co.uk Username and password for you connection to the mail server

Setting up SMS
To set up the SMS side of the module you will need to contact Optisoft for the details of your SMS messaging account. This account will be created for you and any messages you have purchased will be credited to this account for your use.
The SMS settings are accessible by clicking on the red orb in the top left hand corner and then Maintain>Email/SMS>SMS Settings
