- Click on the
in the top left of the screen. - Go to Maintain > Spectacles > Frames.
- Start by select a Manufacturer from the drop down list.
- Type your Frame Name. Due to the way Optisoft Enterprise works, it is advisable to include the Manufacturer within the Name of the frame.
- A supplier code can be entered if necessary. However, Optisoft will give this Frame a Supplier Code when it is initially saved.
- Select a Frame Type
- Select a Cash Category. This links this frame with a relevant Sell button in the Cash Moudle.
- Enter a Wholesale Price
- Enter a Retail Price
- Type a Frame Colour, Colour Code and Supplementary Charge(This is in addition to the Retail Price for this colour only).
- You must at this point click the Plus icon to add the colour to the grid.
- Repeat the last 2 steps for all the colours you have in stock for the relevant frame.
- Type a Size, Bridge and Length(Optional).
- You must at this point click the Plus icon to add the measurements to the grid.
- Type any necessary notes into the Notes field.
- When finished click the
icon.
