Difference between revisions of "Spectacle Dispensing - Adding Frames"

Start by select a Manufacturer from the drop down list.
Type your Frame Name. Due to the way Optisoft Enterprise works, it is advisable to include the Manufacturer within the Name of the frame.
A supplier code can be entered if necessary. However, Optisoft will give this Frame a Supplier Code when it is initially saved.
Select a Frame Type
Select a Cash Category. This links this frame with a relevant Sell button in the Cash Moudle.
Enter a Wholesale Price
Enter a Retail Price
Type a Frame Colour, Colour Code and Supplementary Charge(This is in addition to the Retail Price for this colour only).
You must at this point click the Plus icon to add the colour to the grid.
Repeat the last 2 steps for all the colours you have in stock for the relevant frame.
Type a Size, Bridge and Length(Optional).
You must at this point click the Plus icon to add the measurements to the grid.
Type any necessary notes into the Notes field.
When finished click the icon.
