Setting Up Recall Enclosures
The recall enclosures are organised in groups. This enables you to keep your enclosures organised and also enabling you to turn on or off a number of enclosures quickly and easily.

*Go to Maintain > Recall > Enclosure Groups
*Enter the name for the new Enclosure Group
*To make the group active immediately click the Active checkbox.

To set up the enclosure you need to specify the criteria and the actual text that will appear at the bottom of the recall letter.

  • Click on the optisoftorb.jpg in the top left of the screen
  • Go to Maintain > Recall > Enclosure Groups
  • Enter the name for the new Enclosure Group

  • Click the savebutton.jpg button to save the new group
