Difference between revisions of "Appointments - Moving Appointments"

There are 3 ways to move appointments within the diary screens. You can:-

Hover over the booked appointment and you will a four headed arrow appear at the line between the coloured tab and the patient details.

Click and hold the left mouse button.
Drag the appointment to an available slot, either on the same optometrist or another optometrist entirely, and then release the mouse button to drop the appointment into place.
It is possible to drag an appointment to another day, but only in the 7 Days view.

Change the appointment time by altering the Start and End time. If an Appointment Type was selected then the End time will update automatically once the Start time is changed.
To move the appointment to another date use the calendar that appears when you drop down the date box.
To change optometrists you would drop down the Optician box and select another optometrist.
Click the button to complete the move.
