There are 3 ways to move appointments within the diary screens. You can:-
Drag the appointment using the mouse
Hover over the booked appointment and you will a four headed arrow appear at the line between the coloured tab and the patient details.
- Click and hold the left mouse button.
- Drag the appointment to an available slot, either on the same optometrist or another optometrist entirely, and then release the mouse button to drop the appointment into place.
- It is possible to drag an appointment to another day, but only in the 7 Days view.
