Lens Markup Schemes

Once you have created the lens markup scheme you can apply it so that the retail prices that will appear on the lenses within Optisoft Enterprise will be updated.

• Click on the in the top left of the screen
• Select Maintain > Spectacles > Markup Schemes to open the Markup Schemes list.
• Select the Markup Scheme you wish to apply by click on it once.

• Click on the button at the top of the screen, this will bring up a dialogue box with all of the lenses that match the criteria specified in the chosen Markup Scheme.

• There are two options for how you wish to markup the lenses. They can be marked up either based on the Glazed Wholesale price or on the Uncut Wholesale price.
• You can manually select the lenses you wish to re-price by clicking on the description, this will change the icon next to the description to show you what will happen to the lens. If you click on the lens repeatedly you will see that the icon cycles through the three options, Do Not Apply, Glazed Wholesale and Uncut Wholesale.
• If you wish to markup all of the lenses you can click on the appropriate button to mark all of the them with the icon of your chosen starting wholesale value.

• Once you have selected the lenses that you wish to update, and the wholesale price you wish to use, you then need to click on the Apply button at the bottom of the dialogue box. This will update the retail prices on all of the selected items.
