Notes Tab
Attached to the patient’s details there is a tab called Notes. You would use this tab to enter any information associated with the patient that does not fit anywhere else within the Patient Records module.
You could, for example, use it to write information for other staff members pertinent to the patient, details of problems or conversations with the patient or particular patient requirements for future appointments.
To enter notes you simply type into the Notes screen as you would into any standard word processor.
You can click on the button to enter today’s date into the notes and use this as a date stamp.
The button at the bottom of the screen will completely clear all of the notes associated with the patient.
