Glazing Charges

You can add preset Glazing Charges that will be added to a dispense automatically. You can specify these charges per manufacturer, per frame type and per lens type/material.

• You can add preset Glazing Charges that will be added to a dispense automatically. You can specify these charges per manufacturer, per frame type and per lens type/material.

• Select Maintain > Spectacles > Glazing Charges to open the Glazing Charges maintenance screen.

• Using the two drop-down boxes you can set whether the charge will applied to a certain manufacturer, frame type or combination of both.

• In the grid below you would then enter the glazing charge that is to be added.

• The Retail columns are the ones that are used by the Spectacles Dispensing module, so, if you wish, you can enter values in only these columns.

• The Wholesale columns are for use with electronic catalogues which already include glazing charges.

• Click on the button to save the changes to the Glazing Charges.
