Pick the relevant start and end date(s) by using the drop-down lists for Month and Year and a specific date by left-clicking it.
- Select a Manufacturer, or All.
- Enter a Start Name and End name (or leave it blank to select all items). Start Name and End Name enable you to select a range of items to be included in the report in alphabetical order. You can enter the name of a frame or miscellaneous item, or just the first letter, for instance "A" could be Start Name, and "M" the End Name. The report will then include all items from A to Z. Items beginning with the letter M will not be included. If you have items that begin with a number you may wish to enter a Start Name of 1 or 0 (zero). In the unlikely event that you have items that begin with a "." (full stop) or "/" (stroke) then again you may wish to begin you Start Date with a full stop.
- Select an Item Type or leave it as All.
- Once you have picked the report, applicable dates, and other information, click on View. After a moment the report will be displayed.
