Recall Enclosures allow you to target specific groups of patients by adding extra information, such as promotions and special offers, to their recall letters without having to edit the actual recall letter template.
To use Recall enclosures you first need to create the enclosure, assigning criteria to the enclosure for the target group, and then activate the enclosure.
Only active enclosures will be added to the reminder letters.
