Lifestyle codes can be used to record extra information about a patient. They can be used to show medical information, spending habits and marketing information.

Before you can assign Lifestyle Codes to a patient’s record you must first set them up.

There are five ‘Headings’ available enabling you to split the codes into categories, for example, Medical, Hobbies, Professional, Spending.

These headings can also be colour coded, for example you could name a heading Medical Conditions and colour code it red to highlight patients who suffer from glaucoma or diabetes.

You then create your individual codes underneath these headings.

*To enter the maintenance for Lifestyle codes you need to click on the in the top left.
*Then go to Maintain>Patients>Lifestyle Codes to open maintenance screen for Lifestyle Codes.
