To enter an increase in a Stock level, first locate the item in the list on the left side of the screen. Double click on the item and the boxes on the right hand side of the screen will become active:

To enter a Stock increase:

*Double-click on the combination of colour and size you want to adjust in the top right hand corner of the screen, when selected, the relevant box will become blue.

*Choose the reason for the Stock increase from the drop down list situated half way down the screen.

*Ensure the date for the Stock increase is correct, if not, you can alter it by clicking the up or down arrow next to the date

*Enter the quantity of the Stock increase. You can use the up and down arrows to increase and decrease the quantity, or you can overtype any selection using the numbers on the keyboard

*Use the Notes section to enter any applicable notes

*When you have completed all the information, click Apply

This process should be repeated for every colour and size combination to ensure correct stock levels are entered. For miscellaneous items there are no colours and sizes, so it is only a quantity, reason and notes that are needed.
