Optisoft Adds to Customer Support Desk

Optisoft has boosted its Support Desk with the appointment of Ian Nichols, a graduate in computer science, who has previously worked as a field-based IT technician.

Very familiar with the Microsoft operating system, on which Optisoft software runs, Ian has extensive experience of programming, database and general software engineering.

"Ian's good communication skills are ensuring that he is a valued addition to our support desk. Already very familiar with all of our modules from the simple Recall and Appointments through to the fully integrated Direct Debiting and Clinical Imaging, Ian is a valued member of the Optisoft team," said Optisoft Managing Director, Keith Sheers.
