Hennie Gillam of Parker & Gillam Opticians in Holt successfully had her name pulled out of the hat and is now the proud owner of a new Apple Watch.
Hennie was one of many Optisoft users who spent 5 minutes completing our annual survey to help us maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction.
"I have been using different optical software throughout my career as a DO. Now I've set my own practice up I chose to go with Optisoft as my business partner has it already. I am thrilled with the software. Great system and superb support. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for all your support." We recently supplied the new startup system for Parker & Gillam running on an Apple iMac.
Results from the survey were once again an improvement on previous years. Overall, 80% of users regarded our software as good, very good or excellent (Core modules - Recall 93%, Appointments 89%, Cash 92%). Support were rated as 78%, Installations 86%, Training 86% and Sales 81%. When asked how they rated their Optisoft experience overall, the response was 93% good or above with over 50% replying very good.
